I am an avid kiteboarder and love to plan vacations where we can relax, but also where it is consistently windy, so that I can kiteboard every day. One of the most reliable destinations I have found is the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean. I have been able to kite every day on the three trips I have taken to Turks and Caicos.
We planned an impromptu trip to Providenciales in April of 2019 and again, I was not disappointed. The ocean is a dazzling saturated turquoise hue and the tradewinds are consistently generous. Most of these shots are overlooking Long Bay, which is the “kite beach” on this island. This gallery includes multiple sunrises and sunsets, as well as a handful of GoPro photographs of myself kiting in one of my favorite destinations.
